This new platform has been developed with care to offer you a faster, more efficient and more personalised ordering experience. The new webshop brings together all sterile products from Fagron Sterile Services in one clear overview:
- Eye drops without preservatives
- Syringes
- Bags
- Cassettes
You can search by product type (bags, cassettes, eye drops, syringes) or by therapeutic area (anaesthesia, corticosteroids, diagnostics, electrolytes, ophthalmology and orthopaedics).
> Getting started: create your account
Before placing your first order, you will need to create an account. Follow these steps:
- Click on 'Login', then on 'Register'.
- Fill in your details — your contact information and that of your pharmacy, along with your login credentials.
- Confirm the collaboration agreement between you and Fagron Sterile Services. The full agreement is also available on the website and you'll receive a copy of it via e-mail upon submission.
- Submit your request. Our customer service team will review your application.
- Receive your activation. After verification, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and can place your first order.
> Your personal account page
Once logged in, your personal account page gives you a complete overview of your order history, invoices and credit notes.
Use the date filter to search back in time with ease.
Previous orders can be reordered with ease directly from your order history.
Products saved as a favourite will automatically appear under My Formulary.

> Placing orders
Eye drops can be ordered directly via the webshop. At checkout, simply enter the prescription number(s) to complete your order.
For all other products — syringes, bags and cassettes — you can request a price quote through the webshop. Fill in the form and our team will get back to you with the relevant pricing information as soon as possible.
> Certificates of analysis
You can access certificates of analysis in two ways: click the 'Certificates' tab at the top of the webshop, or search for a specific product first and find the relevant certificates at the bottom of the product page. Please note that certificates on product pages are only visible after login.
